MOTHER’S BLENDER NUTRI-SHAKE

4-6 oz. organic soy milk or apple juice OR 2 oz. clean water

2 scoops Source of Life powder

1/4 to 1/3 cup plain low fat live yogurt

1 teaspoon organic bee pollen

½ tablespoon organic flax seed oil

1-2 tablespoons freshly ground flax seed meal

1 ripe banana

Other Ingredients as desired
