Many of you may not be aware but the war on raw milk is just getting heated up. What’s your opinion on the issue of being able to drink raw milk. This is a “free” country. Folks are being arrested for owning shares in a cow so they can get raw unpastuerized milk. Facts show that cows properly taken care of don’t have the e-coli issues that commercial dairy milk may contain.

With the recent concerns about the H1N1 vaccine for pregnant women, there is emerging some disturbing reports of these women that got the vaccine that they are having miscarriages. In fact, the package inserts for the swine flu vaccines actually say that the safety of these vaccines for pregnant women has not been established. And miscarriage reports from pregnant women who have taken the H1N1 swine flu vaccine are starting to pour in from all over the nation. Vitamin D reply

The research does support the use of vitamin D3 as another way to bolster our immune system against the flu.

The new adult dosage recommended is 2000 iu. per day and I think that half that for children would be good.

There is a website by the Vitamin D Research group that can give you all the updated info on Vitamin D3.

I was also reading about the elserberry extract being effective against the H1N1 strain. I will post more on that later.
