More Confusion about the Swine Flu
After watching the national news report on the swine flu epidemic, I find it interesting about how much fear is being spread and how the safety issues are being brushed aside. Tell me what you think. Also come to the Healthy Living Lecture Oct 15th to learn the truth.

What do you think about Vitamin D as a preventive measure? The article I read stated that most children who have died as a result of swine flu were deficient in Vitamin D. Since the kids are in school all day now and not in the sunshine, what can parents do to boost Vitamin D levels? And, how much should we give them?

Great article. There’s a lot of good data here, though I did want to let you know something – I am running Mac OS X with the latest beta of Firefox, and the design of your blog is kind of quirky for me. I can understand the articles, but the navigation doesn’t work so good.
